    Clinch Gear supports all of its products with a lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects. Examples include stitching or fabric failures on any seam.
    Normal wear and tear is excluded from this warranty, such as fading or deterioration of printing and discoloration or fading of the fabric due to extended use or frequent washing.
    Warranty items must be exchanged for the same size and color. If the original color is not available or no longer offered, Clinch Gear will provide alternatives within the same product class and price range.

    If you are not satisfied with your ClinchGear.com order, please return unused merchandise within 30 days of customer receipt. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging, including: hang tags. The return must be received by Clinch Gear within 60 days of contacting us for return.

    We do accept exchanges for a different size. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging, including: polybags, hang tags.
    When you make a return for refund, we will refund the purchase price plus any sales tax paid for the item. Sorry, we do not refund shipping and handling charges unless you received an incorrect or damaged item and would like a replacement item. In cases where the items are damaged upon receipt, Clinch Gear will provide a pre-paid return label upon your request. Worn products are not returnable.

    Credit Card Refunds
    All credits will be placed on the same credit card used for the original purchase. Allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.


    ClinchGear.com will work hard to ensure that every order is filled correctly and that products we send are free from defects. If we do make a mistake, you may return your item by mail for a refund of the purchase price plus applicable sales tax & shipping charges.


    For domestic orders please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Clinch Gear utilizes USPS Priority for shipping and most domestic ground orders deliver within 2-5 business days, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Orders shipping to the United States totaling $75.00 or more are eligible for FREE USPS Priority shipping. 2 Day Express shipping is also available. Customers can use the “Shipping and Tax Estimator” on the shopping cart page to estimate the shipping cost for express delivery.

    Because packages are sometimes delayed for reasons out of our control, please allow 3 business days beyond the anticipated delivery date before reporting any lost or missing shipments to us.
