Tarec Saffiedine faces Nate Marquardt for the StrikeForce Welterweight Title this Saturday

Clinch Gear athlete Tarec Saffiedine will challenge Nate Marquardt for the StrikeForce Welterweight Title this Saturday Jan 12th in Oklahoma City. The event titled “StrikeForce Marquardt vs Saffiedine” will be the last ever event for the Bay Area based promotion which was purchased by UFC parent company Zuffa LLC back in 2011. Marquardt, the current StrikeForce champion, is noted as a very well rounded fighter proficient anywhere the fight goes. Saffiedine trains with MMA legen Dan Henderson at Team Quest and is a world class kickboxer with pin-point accuracy.
