FORMER UFC TUF CONTESTANT GILBERT SMITH BACK IN ACTION AT MFC THIS FRIDAY

Former Army veteran and contestant on The Ultimate Fighter season 17, Gilbert Smith, is back in action this Friday at MFC 34 in Edmonton, Alberta. The fourth pick of UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones, Smith showed his talent in submitting his opponent by arm triangle in the preliminary round to get in The Ultimate Fighter house. After being eliminated by Luke Barnatt on the show Smith returned at the TUF 17 finale where he was submitted by Bubba McDaniel. Since the TUF 17 finale, Smith has recorded two wins and is looking to continue his win streak by signing with Canada’s MFC.
